The product you return or want to exchange must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the original packaging and garment tags still attached. It must be returned within 10 days from date of receipt.
All swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed. If items are soiled, we won’t be able to exchange or refund them.
Items should be returned unused with all The Wanderlast and designer garment tags still attached. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or the refund refused.
Should you require an alternative item or size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return the original item for a refund, following the instructions below, and place a new order for the alternative item or size.
To return an item, please fill in and enclose the form attached to your order confirmation. Please email email@example.com to notify us of your return and send your purchase to The Wanderlast Ltd, 1 Nevern Square, London, SW5 9NN at your own cost.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. All purchases returned or exchanged from outside the UK must pay any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you insure the returns shipment as it is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be liable for any damage occurred to the contents up until we receive your return at our storage facility. In the case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of shipment.
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days or receipt. Notice of contract cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to Notice of Contact Cancellation, Customer Care Department, The Wanderlast Ltd, 1 Nevern Square, London, SW5 9NN. Or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a refund for the item or items returned. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to The Wanderlast Ltd, 1 Nevern Square, London, SW5 9NN. All items must be returned and unused in their original condition, from the original delivery country. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your own cost.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
• 14 days after the day we receive back from you any of the goods supplied.
• 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your cancellation, if the cancellation occurred before dispatch and no items left the storage facility.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
